Hola! Let's make a classic French 75 Sparkling Wine Cocktail! We found an amazing brand that offers an amazing variety of quality bitters! Our favorite has to be the Bolivar Bitters by Bittercube . This bitters is has amazing properties like chamomile, jasmine, cassia, cinnamon, prune, raisin, clove, gentian, and orange peel. All of these elements give your French 75 a versatile and aromatic experience.

We love buying mixers and experimenting with different flavors so this Bolivar Bitters was a must! I will let you try it out and you let us know what you think!

Recipe:

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

1 oz Gin

3 oz Sparkling Wine

1 Full Dropper of Bolivar Bitters

How to make:

This is a very easy cocktail to make! Quickly mix these first ingredients: Lemon juice, simple syrup, gin, and Bolivar Bitters. Add your mix to your serving glass and add in your sparkling wine. Garnish with a dry lemon slice!
